Role & responsibilities
Visit construction sites to promote and sell Tata Tiscon rebars.
Provide technical guidance to customers at construction sites.
Ensure correct construction practices through on-site technical support.
Act as a consumer champion by addressing customer queries and providing technical assistance.
Support dealers by generating and sharing potential customer leads.
Engage with dealers and provide on-ground support to strengthen business relationships.
Convince end customers about the superior quality and advantages of Tata Tiscon products.
Build trust with customers through technical expertise and timely support.
Coordinate with dealers and customers to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Robust technical knowledge of construction practices and reinforcement steel (TMT/Rebar).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with dealers, contractors, and end customers effectively.
Customer-focused with robust convincing and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for construction site visits.
Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
