Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution strategies.

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP UI5 Development.
Strong expertise in debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications within complex environments.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA systems.
Ability to analyze system logs and trace issues to their root cause effectively.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications.
Skilled in documenting technical solutions and maintaining knowledge repositories.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP UI5 Development.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
