This role demands a proactive approach to forecasting, monitoring, and analysing project progress, as well as solid coordination with architects, consultants, and vendors.

Requirements
Solid proficiency in MS Project for planning and scheduling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough delay analysis.
Experience in vendor management and reviewing tender documents.
Advanced skills in preparing management reports such as MIS, MPR, and MMR.
Proven track record in project planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Effective communication skills for coordination with various stakeholders.
Ability to conduct project review meetings and prepare mitigation plans.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate project demands and provide effective solutions.
Experience in process or software development for project tracking is a plus.
