We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to engage with prospective learners through outbound calls, understand their career goals, explain our training programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. The role also includes maintaining lead records, achieving enrollment targets, and supporting internal recruitment activities whenever required. Comprehensive product and process training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain our training programs and career advantages.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
Counsel interested candidates and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly calling and enrollment targets.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Support internal hiring by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews whenever required.
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling objections and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
03 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Business Development, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
