About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Group Head – Art from an Advertising Agency / Digital Marketing Agency background to lead creative excellence across multiple client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for driving visual storytelling, mentoring creative teams, and delivering impactful campaigns across digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Art team across multiple brands and client portfolios.

- Conceptualize and execute integrated digital, social media, and advertising campaigns.

- Collaborate closely with Copy, Strategy, Client Servicing, and Performance Marketing teams.

- Ensure high-quality creative output across social media, digital ads, videos, brand campaigns, and marketing collateral.

- Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.

- Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity.

- Guide and mentor designers, visualizers, and junior creative team members.

- Stay updated with industry trends,



consumer insights, and emerging digital formats.

- Participate in creative pitches and new business presentations.

Requirements

- 7–10 years of experience in an Advertising Agency, Creative Agency, or Digital Marketing Agency.

- Robust portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media creatives, branding, and integrated marketing work.

- Proven experience leading and managing creative teams.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.

- Strong understanding of branding, design principles, typography, and visual communication.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple brands and fast-paced agency environments.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working on FMCG, Lifestyle, Real Estate, BFSI, Healthcare, Technology, or Consumer brands.

- Prior experience handling large-scale social media and digital marketing campaigns.

- Agency experience is mandatory.
