Job description:

1. Training & Classroom Management

- Conduct regular computer training sessions for students.
- Teach basic and advanced computer concepts as per the approved curriculum.
- Deliver practical training on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, Email, and Digital Literacy.
- Prepare lesson plans and training schedules.
- Ensure active student participation and engagement during classes.

2. Student Assessment & Monitoring

- Maintain student attendance records.
- Conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and practical tests.
- Track student learning progress and performance.
- Provide individual support to students requiring additional assistance.

3. Lab Management

- Ensure proper utilization of computers and training equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the computer lab.
- Report hardware, software, and connectivity issues to the project team.
- Ensure safe handling of computers and accessories.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily training records and attendance registers.
- Submit weekly and monthly training reports.
- Share photographs, success stories, and activity updates.




- Maintain inventory records of lab equipment and training materials.

5. Community & School Coordination

- Coordinate with school authorities for smooth implementation of training activities.
- Support awareness sessions and project-related events.
- Participate in project review meetings and capacity-building programs.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications, DCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or computer training experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Internet Applications, and Digital Literacy.
