Job Summary

The Plant Incharge is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and performance

of the biogas plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervising plant personnel, maintaining statutory compliance, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring

Technical Skills Desired

* Strong knowledge of biogas plant operations and anaerobic digestion processes.

* Experience in operating and maintaining biogas purification systems, compressors, blowers, pumps, motors, pipelines, valves, and related process equipment.

* Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.

* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.

* Knowledge of process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs;, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

* Familiarity with industrial utilities, instrumentation, and control systems.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preparation of MIS reports.

* Knowledge of inventory management, maintenance planning, and spare parts management.





* Robust understanding of industrial safety standards, environmental regulations, PTW systems, and PPE requirements.

* Good leadership, communication, planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering. (ITI candidates with significant supervisory experience may also be considered.)

* 5–8 years of experience in biogas plants, waste management, wastewater treatment, renewable energy, or process industries, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or plant management role.

* Experience in managing plant operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and statutory compliance.

* Willingness to travel to project sites and work beyond normal working hours during

emergencies or plant shutdowns, whenever required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
