The responsibilities of the Head Cook (F & B) include the following

· Menu planning for the day

· Should check the diet Sheet for the patients

· Check the material available for the menu/diet sheet.

· Allocate the duty to the concerned staff.

· Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the surroundings and the food.

· Indent for the next day.

· Check the quality of materials supplied by the vendors.

· Status updates to the manager every day.

· Production Staff hygiene and uniform to be checked.

· Explaining the Menu to the staff of III Shift.

· Controlling the costs of the kitchen.

· Any other job assigned from the superiors from time to time.

Department : Food & Beverages

Position : Cook

Reporting To : Head Cook (F & B)

Dress Code : Specified uniform / Formal wear with ID Card

Duty Hours : As per schedule intimated from Time to Time





The responsibilities of the Cook (F & B) include the following

· Check Menu and prepare the food.

· Prepare food for Patients, Nurses, Doctors, Staffs and Visitors

· Cut the vegetables

· Keeping the Kitchen clean

· Proper segregation in the kitchen

· Check the items for Grinding items pass instructions to Assistant cooks.

Any other job assigned from the superiors from time to time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
