We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive company growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires strong communication, sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client relationship management to build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of IT sales or digital marketing industry.
- Ability to adapt to energetic business environments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
