We are looking for a motivated Junior / Fresher Accountant to handle our daily basic tax accounting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping financial records up to date using Tally and assisting with core GST tracking under the guidance of our senior finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Voucher Management: Prepare, check, and systematically organize daily accounting vouchers (receipts, payments, and journals).
- GST Assistance: Verify tax invoices, check proper application of GST percentages/HSN codes, and assist in preparing documentation for monthly tax returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank statement reconciliations (BRS) and check general ledger balances against vendor bills.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain neat physical and digital folders of all tax invoices, payroll attendance slips, and company expense receipts.
Requirements and Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related finance stream.
- Software Knowledge: Hands-on training or baseline practical proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Core Taxation Rules: Basic understanding of Indian GST structures, tax computing, and double-entry system rules.
- MS Office: Proficient in MS Excel for entering data tables and creating basic summaries.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and a quick learner.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
