Cradle is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist to be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and support daily administrative activities while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th,12th ( Pass or Fail) / Diploma / Graduate(any stream)
- Basic knowledge of computer operations
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Ability to handle children and parents with care and patience
- Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive is an added advantage (freshers can also apply)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome parents, visitors, and guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries professionally




- Maintain appointment schedules and visitor records
- Assist parents with enquiries related to child care services
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- Handle basic documentation, files, and data entry
- Coordinate with nursing staff, caretakers, and management
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
