Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for installing surveillance systems, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of security equipment at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install and terminate cables, connectors, and network devices.
- Configure remote viewing and mobile applications for customers.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of security systems.
- Test installed systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to provide technical support and resolve issues promptly.




- Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.

Required Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role.
- Experience in handling surveillance and security systems.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP camera systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches).
- Experience in cable laying, crimping, and system installation.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and mobile app configuration.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
