About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee the execution of an 8-storey RCC building project in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of RCC construction, site supervision, quality control, and project coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities for the RCC building project.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor RCC activities including footing, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and structural elements.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise labor teams and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at the construction site.
- Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete works before execution.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of construction materials.




- Resolve technical issues arising during construction and recommend practical solutions.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC construction and high-rise building projects.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and construction safety standards.
- Valuable leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of project management software will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in PEB residential/commercial building construction.
- Experience in multi-storey building projects (preferably G+7/G+8 or above) is highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in executing complete PEB structural works independently.
- Ability to manage contractors and multiple work teams.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site planning.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
