Job Purpose:

To develop and strengthen referral networks by building relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and other healthcare partners, thereby increasing patient inflow and expanding the hospital’s reach.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new referral sources such as clinics, general physicians, specialists, corporates, and diagnostic centers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote hospital services
- Coordinate with internal medical teams to ensure smooth handling of referred patients
- Track and monitor referral inflow and maintain accurate records and reports
- Develop and implement referral marketing strategies to increase patient volume
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), health camps, and engagement programs for referral partners
- Ensure timely follow-up with referral sources and provide feedback on patient outcomes (as appropriate)
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, tie-ups, and collaborations





Job Specifications:

● Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field

● Experience: 2–4 years of experience in referral marketing, preferably in hospitals or similar industry

● Technical Skills / Job related skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office,Understanding of healthcare services and hospital operations,Data tracking and reporting skills

● Management Skills: Ability to work independently and in field roles, Good organizational and time management skills, Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

● Communication Skills: Ability to interact confidently with doctors and healthcare professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
