Role Overview

Transparent Overseas is looking for an experienced Sales Merchandiser with strong exposure to Hardgoods and Home Décor products. The candidate will be responsible for buyer handling, sales conversion, product presentations, order execution, and business development activities. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle international buyer communication and manage client accounts

Convert inquiries and company-generated leads into business opportunities

Attend buyer meetings and agency meetings across Noida and Delhi NCR

Prepare PPT presentations, product offers, and client proposals

Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality teams

Manage order execution from inquiry to shipment

Follow up on quotations, samples, approvals, and pending orders

Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines,



and commercial terms with buyers

Track sales pipeline, order status, and business opportunities

Build strong relationships with existing buyers and identify new business opportunities

Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

1-4 years of experience in Sales Merchandising

Experience in Home Décor, Hardgoods, Glass, Handicrafts, or Export Industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience working with international buyers and buying houses

Ability to work in a target-driven setting

Preferred Experience

Exposure to buyers such as TJX, Zara Home, Anthropologie, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Next, etc.

Experience in export houses and international business development

Pay: ₹9,802.66 - ₹25,000.00 per month
