Job Duties:

- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
- Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
- Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
- Working closely with architects and other professionals.
- Delays & Scheduling Issues: Proper planning, real-time tracking, and proactive decision-making can keep the project on schedule.
- Quality Control Concerns:



Conducting regular inspections ensures compliance with project specifications.
- Labor & Resource Management: Effective communication and team motivation play a vital role in maintaining productivity.
- Site Supervision & Coordination – Overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans.
- Quality Assurance – Verifying materials and workmanship meet required standards.
- Safety Compliance – Enforcing safety protocols to protect workers and minimize risks.
- Workforce Management – Coordinating with laborers, subcontractors, and engineers to maintain workflow.
- Problem-Solving on Site – Addressing unexpected challenges that arise during construction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
