Facility Manager – Roles & Responsibilities (Residential Apartments)

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential apartment community.
- Manage technical services, including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and Fire & Safety systems.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, horticulture, and technical teams.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution with high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers.
- Monitor safety, statutory compliance, and emergency response procedures.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, expenses, and cost control.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, quality, and service standards.




- Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, and statutory documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and submit them to management.
- Organize staff schedules, training, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with the Association/Management Committee on operational matters.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of all common area facilities and utilities.
- Deliver excellent facility management services while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
