Role & responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records of restaurant
Prepare monthly financial statements
Verify daily sales reports from POS systems
Reconcile cash, card, UPI, and online delivery platform collections
Monitor food cost of restaurant
Analyze revenue, wastage, and profitability.
Process salaries of all workers.
Manage recipe books
Manage Swiggy/Zomato etc accounts
Preferred candidate profile
Kannada speaking is mandatory
Experience in food industry is preferred but not necessary.
