Role & responsibilities :
Sales Coordination: Assisting sales representatives with order processing, tracking sales volumes, managing dealer or client inventories, and providing sales projections .
Customer Interaction: Acting as the primary contact for client inquiries, responding to complaints, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Support: Liaising between sales teams, other departments, and clients to facilitate smooth operations, including coordinating training schedules and supporting outside sales associates .
