Qualifications Experience
8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R, Power BI
Robust understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling,



statistics, critical thinking, problem-solving
Robust experience with Databricks, Copilot
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience with LLMs or generative AI

Positive to Have
Experience in a leadership or cross-functional analytics role
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and big data tools
Specialized knowledge in engine-focused RD, engineering, and manufacturing domains
Certifications in Databricks, cloud platforms, or data engineering
