Qualification: Diploma/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare RA & Final Bills for HVAC projects.
Client billing, BOQ-wise billing & quantity reconciliation.
Quantity take-off and measurement from site.
Bill certification with Site Engineers, Project Managers & Clients.
Billing documentation, work completion reports & invoice processing.
Track client payments, billing status & project costs.
Maintain measurement sheets and billing records.
Ensure billing as per contract terms and project milestones.

MS Excel
AutoCAD
ERP/Tally (Preferred)
