Role & responsibilities
Supervise bleaching operations in rotational shifts.
Operate and monitor Kusters Bleaching Range, Desizing, Scouring, Washing, Mercerizing, CBR, and Pad Steam Range.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and process efficiency.
Lead shift manpower and coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Troubleshoot process and machine-related issues while ensuring safety compliance.
