Main responsibilities/ Principal duty
Achieve primary & secondary volume.
Managing Distributors/ Super Distributor.
Managing wholesellers /SRO/large traders
Distributor Appointment and Management and Credit Management
Recruit , coach, retain DSMs/SR/SO
Ensure physical availability of fresh stocks in the assigned teeritory
Ensure displays as planned
Price discovery in stipulated time intervals.
DSM productivity as targetted.
Distribution growth as targetted .
WORKPLACE
What external factors(competition/government controls/market locations etc) affect achievement of the position accountabilities
Cremica's relationship with the Distributors and Retailers
Competition activity on pricing and trade promotions
Outlook of the Biscuti industry/ Festivals etc.
