Role & responsibilities:
Handle endtoend recruitment using Naukri.com, with robust expertise in Resdex search and profile shortlisting.hiring.naukri
Create and manage job postings on Naukri, ensuring high visibility and relevant applicant flow.
Conduct structured telephonic and video interviews; assess candidates on skills, experience, stability, and communication.
Use advanced Boolean search strings to source relevant profiles quickly and accurately.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and share suitable shortlisted candidates on time.
Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and interview feedback in an organized manner.

Preferred candidate profile:




25 years of handson experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with heavy usage of Naukri.com and Resdex.
Proven expertise in Boolean search, job posting, and response management on Naukri.
Extremely solid English communication skills (spoken and written), with confidence in candidate interviewing and client interaction.
Positive understanding of IT roles and skills; ability to screen for tech profiles is an advantage.
Detailoriented, targetdriven, and comfortable working with recruitment dashboards and reports.
