We are looking for a high-performing Manager Sales to lead strategic sales operations and drive revenue growth across residential and/or commercial real estate verticals. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with deep knowledge of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving large-scale sales performance through teams and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end sales function across assigned projects and geographies.
Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive revenue generation through direct sales, channel partners, and institutional investors.
Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers, executives, and business development specialists.
Set and monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify and explore recent market opportunities and buyer segments.
Build strategic relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate clients, IPCs, and brokers.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams for smooth customer experience and deal closures.
