Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in campaign optimization, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, and lead quality.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure optimal spending.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement performance improvement strategies.
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Positive understanding of conversion tracking, Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign analytics.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency will be an added advantage.
