Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Design Associate to join our Design capability center (DCC) team.
This is a design support role where you will collaborate closely with Showroom Senior Designers (XP team) to ensure accurate design documentation, 3D modeling, and production-ready outputs.
The role demands technical accuracy, robust software skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven setting.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Collaborate with Senior Designers at Experience Centres (XP)
to support mood board creation and design presentations.
Develop accurate 3D models and high-quality renders using SpaceCraft, SketchUp, and Enscape to support client presentations
Develop detailed 2D drawings and technical documentation for production.
Maintain accuracy in measurements, detailing, and design feasibility to minimize site challenges. Follow defined design and QC processes to maintain standardization and quality benchmarks.
Expertise & Qualifications
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Design (B.Arch, B.Des, or Diploma in Design).
Working knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD is required; experience with rendering software like Enscape is considered a plus.
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions and work within structured processes.
Demonstrates a solid eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the interior design domain.
Minimum 3 months of internship is required.
