We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with Telecom Industry experience and a minimum of an MBA education to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of business processes, operating models, capability blueprints, excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define & design business processes aligned to industry best in class templates
Develop business capability maps and roadmap
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the technology platform(s)
Design and implement solutions to improve business processes and drive efficiency
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints




Development of Training materials and training to end users
Stay current with Industry trends and best practices

Requirements
Minimum of an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA Institute
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst(MUST HAVE)
Robust understanding of CRM Functions (Sales / Service / Marketing / Commerce etc.) for the respective industry
Nice to have : CRM Technology Experience ( Salesforce / MS Dynamics / SAP CRM / Oracle CRM / Adobe / etc)
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
