Role & responsibilities
Review consultant designs and shop drawings and provide technical guidance to consultants as required.
Coordinate and ensure compliance with local authority requirements, including liaison activities.
Oversee testing and commissioning activities for the system.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), rate analyses for non-tender items.
Prepare cost estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, and other relevant project documents

Qualifications and Skills
Experience in MEP design and design coordination.
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, including plumbing, WTP & STP , OWS , fire protection system, HVAC, and lift systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in design software such as , Pipe Net , AutoCAD, and Revit.

Technical Knowledge




Sound knowledge of the design & engineering considerations for: Hydraulics system study & calculations ,
Water demand calculations as per relevant codes for commercial, IT parks , Data center , residential, hotel, and mall projects.
Planning and design development of plumbing, public health engineering (PHE), and fire protection (FP) systems.
Firefighting system design and development in accordance with national and international codes and standards.
Positive knowledge of stormwater drainage system sizing, including rainfall runoff calculations, water treatment plants (WTP ), sewage treatment plants (STPs), effluent treatment plants (ETPs), rainwater management systems, and industrial wastewater management. • Good knowledge of other services as HVAC , elevator, electrical etc
