Role & responsibilities
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, defining problems & requirements, developing systems and proposing solutions for improvements.
Translate business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions.
Plan, develop and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion.
Demonstrate solutions by documentations, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and present clean code.
Understand, evaluate, design, develop and implement complex data models.
Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems.
Estimate and deliver tasks in a timely manner meeting tight deadline requirements.
Experienced in developing and adapting existing business solutions as well as creating new solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellence in C# .NET
Strong analytical skills including Robust background in object-oriented programming techniques and best practices (Design patterns, SOLID principles)
Solid understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its strengths, limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Good understanding of async programming and threading
Good knowledge of MS SQL Server & developing stored procedures using best practices
Positive knowledge of ORM.
5+ years of experience in software development
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
Ability to think logically and be proactive.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a constructive manner
Flexible and self-motivated
Working on multiple projects using strong time management skills and prioritisation of workloads
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science
