Role & responsibilities
Oversee daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Execute work in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor site progress and ensure milestones are achieved as scheduled.
Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage site manpower and optimize workforce productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Verify site measurements, material consumption, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with the procurement and stores departments to ensure timely availability of materials.




Identify and resolve technical and site execution issues promptly.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support billing, quantity verification, estimation, and project documentation activities.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site execution
Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, construction drawings, BOQ, and project coordination
Ability to manage site activities, contractors, and project timelines
