We are looking for a skilled MEP Manager to join our team at Venwiz, with a solid background in managing and executing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and execute projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management or a related field.
Robust knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
