*Responsible for developing and implementing measures and processes w.r.t. Engineering and Maintenance services of the hospital so as to ensure minimum down time of assets (encompassing HT / LT / FAS / PAS / CCTV / UPS / FF and HVAC systems) and ensure thereby with no disruption of engineering and maintenance (MEP) services/operations.
*Excellent knowledge of Building Management Systems/services.
*Make daily rounds of the facility to identify potential problem areas so as to address them in a planned and proactive manner.
*Track and monitor resolution of issues reported by operations/service department.
*Would be responsible for all engineering and maintenance activities and AMCs as per plan.
Develop and implement Monitoring / tracking of protected working practices in the department. Vendor Development and Management. Exposure to HVAC & Plumbing.
