Job DescriptionObjective: NTo drive profitable business growth and market penetration for the Cables Business within the assigned territory by developing and managing B2B, Project, and Institutional customers. The role is responsible for achieving sales and collection targets, identifying new business opportunities, building robust customer relationships, tracking projects, and enhancing the company's market presence through effective territory management. NKey responsibilities: N
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets for the designated territory. N
Drive business growth through B2B, Project, and Institutional Sales by acquiring current customers and expanding existing accounts. N
Identify, track, and convert project prospects through engagement with Consultants, EPCs, Contractors, Architects, PMCs, and End Customers. N
Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional customers, industrial accounts, OEMs, utilities,



and government organizations. N
Secure product approvals, specifications, and inclusion in project tenders to enhance business opportunities. N
Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to improve market coverage, demand generation, and customer service. N
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities to develop effective sales strategies. NEnsure timely collection of receivables, maintain accurate sales reports/MIS, and provide regular business updates to the State Head. NExperience and Qualification: N
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) / Science / Commerce / Business Administration. NMBA in Marketing or SalesManagement will be an added advantage. NReporting: NState Head (Manager)
