Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LLM frameworks, and building scalable, production-grade AI systems, including agentic and multi-agent architectures.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
Build and deploy agentic AI systems with capabilities like autonomous planning, tool/function calling, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), and databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Ensure adherence to responsible AI practices, including model evaluation, bias mitigation, and performance monitoring.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML deployments.

Must-Have Skills
Strong programming expertise in Python




Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
Experience in building RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
Knowledge of agent-based AI systems and multi-agent architectures
Solid understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning fundamentals
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience working with REST APIs and distributed systems

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven) and version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, SVN)
Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture
Experience with SQL and RDBMS / NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization

Additional Requirements
Robust understanding of Unix/Linux environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in multi-tier and distributed system environments
