Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Develop procurement strategies for multiple projects.
Source materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services.
Obtain competitive quotations and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contracts.
Maintain approved vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material availability.
Prepare Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Rate Contracts.
Monitor inventory and optimize stock levels.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.
Track market trends and identify cost-saving prospects.

Technical Skills
Knowledge of construction materials and specifications.
Vendor negotiation, contract management, ERP systems, Advanced Excel,



BOQ interpretation.

Soft Skills
