Acquire current CASA customers.
Generate leads through field sales and referrals.
Achieve monthly targets.
Cross-sell banking products.
Complete KYC and ensure compliance.
Eligibility
Graduate with CASA/Retail Banking Sales experience preferred.
Mandatory Hiring Criteria
Stable candidate.
No employment gap.
Currently working in a bank.
Minimum 1.5 years in the same bank.
No frequent/recent job switches.
