Role & responsibilities :
Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
Post and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and initial orientation support.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with prior experience from Real Estate industry & Immediate Joiners are prefered.
