Role & responsibilities

. Service Coordination & Customer Support
Receive incoming service requests, regular maintenance tickets, and emergency breakdown calls from clients via phone or email.
Schedule, assign, and track the daily movement of Field Service Engineers across Bengaluru to ensure customer issues are fixed quickly.
Follow up with field engineers to collect service reports and close open customer tickets in the system.
Store & Inventory Management
Manage the physical inventory in the storeroom, including incoming shipments of new systems, spare components, batteries, and tools.
Issue tools and spare parts (such as PCBs, cables, and fuses) to field engineers and the in-house repair team, and make accurate logbook or digital entries for everything that leaves the store.
Conduct weekly or monthly stock counts to ensure the physical stock matches our system records.
Vendor Coordination & Documentation
Maintain clear records of faulty components received from client sites and hand them over to the In-house PCB Repair Engineer.




Coordinate with suppliers or the principal partner (Fuji Electric) to raise requests for new spare stock when parts fall below minimum levels.
File and organize delivery challans, service bills, and inventory paperwork neatly.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Any Graduate (Open to B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, Diploma, or equivalent).
Must-Have Skills:
Valuable organizational habits and the ability to multitask (handling calls while checking stock).
Basic computer skills, including comfort with Microsoft Excel (for tracking data) and emails.
Polite and skilled phone behaviour to handle client calls smoothly.
Fluency in Kannada and English is highly preferred to interact with both clients and local logistics partners.

Perks and perks
Fixed Salary: 15,000 to 22,000 per month (depending on skills and interview performance).
