Role - Admin Executive
Purpose of the Role
The Executive Admin will manage administrative operations including joining kits, courier management, stationery, inventory, basic IT support, vendor coordination, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Process ID cards, T-shirts, welcome kits and dispatch tracking.
Handle courier dispatches and delivery tracking.
Manage printing work and office stationery.
Maintain office inventory and stock records.
Provide basic IT troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors.
Support vendor creation and follow-ups.
Provide administrative and facility support across departments.
