Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to FIS.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in FIS.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in field services, preferably in FIS.




Solid knowledge of FIS principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
