Key Responsibilities
• Business Development- Establishing CF business in MMR region. Seeking meeting with relevant stakeholders from the target companies.
• Financial & Project Analysis: Analyze financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), credit reports, project feasibility reports, and property documents for real estate developers/projects.
• Due Diligence: Coordinate legal, technical, financial due diligence for the project financing.
• Credit Appraisal: Assess borrower's financial health, business model, management quality, repayment capacity, and market risks.
• Deal Structuring: Structure investment deals, and assist the Business Team to negotiate term sheets, and deal structures with clients and Lending institutions.
• Information Memo preparation: Prepare detailed Credit Information Memos and co-ordinate with the developers team for required information and details.
• Coordination: Liaise with Funding Institutions Team and various agencies appointed by the lender, along with the Developers team to provide timely information and data flow which will ensure the deal closure.
