The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality by validating complex business and domain policies across backend and frontend systems. The role owns test standards and documentation, participates from the planning phase, and ensures release readiness through comprehensive policy-based testing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Validate complex business and domain policies across end-to-end system flows.
Participate in planning and policy review discussions to define testing standards early.
Design end-to-end (E2E) test cases based on defined business rules and policies.
Build E2E test scenarios aligned with real user workflows.
Execute end-to-end testing across backend and frontend components.
Validate outcomes for critical policy flows and identify abnormal or incorrect behavior.
Reproduce reported issues and collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams for resolution.
Maintain structured and comprehensive test and policy documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
Robust understanding of end-to-end (E2E) testing for web-based systems.
Solid base in Selenium, Playwright, TestRail, & Jira platforms.
Experience designing test cases based on business rules and policy-driven logic.
Hands-on experience with QA tools and test management tools.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Backend, and Frontend teams.
Attention to detail with a robust quality ownership mindset.
