Deputy Manager - Logistics

Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with Mahle s global standards and local business needs.
Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials while optimizing costs.
MRP - Material Planning: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory and maintain optimal safety stock.
Logistics Operations: Manage warehousing, transportation and supplies to ensure on-time delivery.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement lean practices to enhance efficiency.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Compliance Safety: Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and safety regulations.

Your Experience and Qualification
Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)
8 12 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.




Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Minimum Requirement
Strong computer skills, including MS office Tools like, Solid Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.
Solid communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English.
Excellent organizational and time management skills: to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving and analytical skills: to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Leadership and interpersonal skills: to motivate and guide teams, build relationships, and manage conflict.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
