Executive - Reservation & Systems

Responsibilities

1. Handling Bookings in the Airline System

- Process cargo bookings in the airline reservation system, ensuring accuracy in flight schedules, shipment details, and space availability.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to confirm bookings and provide customers with necessary details.
- Monitor booking trends and optimize allocations based on available capacity and demand.
- Ensure adherence to airline policies and procedures while managing reservations.

2. Overseas Coordination

- Liaise with international agents, airline partners, and overseas offices to confirm bookings, secure space, and handle special shipment requests.
- Communicate effectively with overseas stations regarding flight schedules, capacity availability, and any shipment-related concerns.
- Assist in resolving booking discrepancies, rerouting shipments when required, and ensuring smooth cross-border operations.

3. Providing Airlines with Required Documents & Support

- Ensure that all necessary documents, including airway bills (AWBs), cargo manifests, customs clearances,



and handling instructions, are provided to the airline on time.
- Verify that shipments comply with airline and regulatory requirements before departure.
- Support airline teams by providing updates on booking changes, cancellations, and special handling requests.

4. Maintaining Reports & Documentation

- Maintain daily and weekly booking reports, tracking reservation trends, flight loads, and revenue contributions.
- Ensure proper documentation of all reservations, including booking confirmations, amendments, and customer communications.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

- Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth booking management.
- Provide the finance team with relevant booking data for invoicing and revenue tracking.
- Assist in resolving any booking-related issues and provide solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
