- Sat Kartar Life Limited is looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Performance Creative Designer who can transform raw footage, product content, and marketing briefs into high-converting advertisements.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives that not only look visually appealing but also drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Video Editing

Edit raw footage, product videos, testimonials, influencer content, and UGC videos into compelling advertisements.

Create short-form videos, reels, promotional ads, product demos, and social media content.

Design creatives optimized for Facebook & Instagram Feeds, Stories, and Reels.

Add hooks, subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, background music, and strong CTAs.

Develop multiple creative variations by changing hooks, messaging, pacing, offers, and visuals.

Repurpose existing content into fresh, engaging creatives.

Optimize videos for mobile-first viewing with proper aspect ratios and safe zones.

Graphic Design & Static Creatives

Design high-quality static ads, promotional banners, product creatives, and social media posts.

Create Meta ad creatives using product images, offers, pricing, benefits, and compelling copy.

Design testimonial creatives, comparison ads, before-and-after creatives, and promotional graphics.





Edit and enhance product images and visual assets.

Adapt creatives into multiple sizes for different advertising placements.

- Performance Creative

Collaborate with the Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to understand campaign goals.

Develop creatives based on customer pain points, product benefits, offers, and target audience insights.

Analyze campaign performance and improve creatives based on data and feedback.

Maintain an organized library of project files, raw footage, and creative assets.

ü 2–5 years of experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design, or Performance Creative Production.

ü Experience creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements is mandatory.

ü Strong portfolio showcasing video ads, reels, short-form content, and static creatives.

ü Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and Canva.

ü Strong understanding of mobile-first design, Meta ad formats, aspect ratios, typography, color, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

ü Knowledge of performance marketing concepts such as hooks, retention, CTR, conversion rate, and creative fatigue.

ü Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently.

ü Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

ü Experience with D2C, E-commerce, Healthcare, Wellness, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, or Consumer Product brands.

ü Experience creating UGC-style ads, direct-response creatives, and influencer content.

ü Basic understanding of copywriting and consumer psychology.

ü Experience using AI-powered creative tools for video editing, subtitles, voiceovers, image generation, and content repurposing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
