The SAP B1 Executive will play a crucial role in managing SAP B1 operations within the organization. This position involves leveraging functional knowledge of SAP B1 to ensure productive day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to users. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional knowledge of SAP B1.
- Knowledge of SQL (Intermediate / Advanced).
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports (Optional).
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
- Manage SAP day-to-day operations and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Work on approval processes, alerts, FMS, and stored procedures.
- Well-versed in SAP B1 modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Business Partner Master Data, Production, and Accounts.
- Provide support, assistance, and training to users.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Gather feedback from teams and assist the SAP team in implementing it in SAP through approval.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in SAP B1 operations and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
