Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines solid design fundamentals with a modern, AI-first creative mindset. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling visuals across digital, print, packaging, and marketing campaigns while maintaining a consistent and scalable brand identity.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, collaborate across teams, mentor junior designers, and leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve speed, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media, campaigns, print, packaging, and marketing materials.

- Create AI-assisted creatives and leverage generative AI tools to enhance design quality, speed, and innovation.

- Collaborate with brand, content, and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.





- Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines.

- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.

- Ensure high-quality, consistent design across all brand assets.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in graphic/brand design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign, and print work.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered creative tools.

- Excellent skills in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and branding.

- Experience building design systems and maintaining brand consistency.

- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor designers.

Good to Have

- Basic UX/UI design knowledge.

- Motion graphics or illustration experience.

- Experience integrating AI into creative workflows.
