Wedding Decor Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Wedding Decor Designer to conceptualize, develop, and execute exceptional décor experiences for luxury weddings and premium social events. The ideal candidate should possess solid design aesthetics, expertise in 2D and 3D visualization, floral installation planning, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with vendors and on-site execution teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop unique décor concepts and mood boards for luxury weddings and destination events.
- Create design presentations using Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, seating plans, and venue zoning.
- Develop 3D visualizations and realistic renderings for client presentations.
- Design floral installations, stage backdrops, entrance concepts, mandaps, ceiling décor, table settings, lounges, and bespoke décor elements.
- Visit venues for site inspections, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
- Coordinate with florists, fabricators, lighting partners, printers, rental vendors, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare design documentation, working drawings, and production specifications.
- Oversee décor setup during installation and ensure execution matches approved designs.
- Resolve on-site design and production challenges while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with global wedding trends, luxury event styling, floral design techniques, and innovative materials.





Required Skills

- Excellent understanding of luxury wedding styling and event aesthetics.
- Knowledge of floral design principles and large-scale floral installations.
- Expertise in space planning and décor layout development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and vendor management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Event Design, Product Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in luxury wedding décor, event design, hospitality styling, or experiential design.
- Experience in floral installations, bespoke décor, and premium event production is highly preferred.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
