Job Description:

We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for managing LinkedIn activities, connecting with potential clients, and generating leads through effective outreach strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands LinkedIn networking and is confident in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and manage LinkedIn accounts professionally

* Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn

* Execute daily outreach activities (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging)

* Generate leads through LinkedIn networking and engagement

* Maintain and update lead data and track conversations

* Work closely with the sales/marketing team for conversions

* Research target audience and relevant industries

* Follow up with prospects in a timely and qualified manner

Requirements:





* 0–6 months experience (Freshers with LinkedIn knowledge can apply)

* Basic understanding of LinkedIn platform and outreach strategies

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Confidence in written English (for messaging and follow-ups)

* Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (BBA, B.Com, BCA, or similar) – completed or currently pursuing

* Candidates pursuing or completed MBA (Marketing / Sales) will be preferred

* Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or business concepts

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in LinkedIn lead generation or internships

* Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel for data tracking

* Understanding of B2B communication is a plus
